Credits are what you spend to run audits on any public Shopify store. A full benchmark audit costs 5 credits; a Lite audit costs 2 credits. The full audit analyses 80+ criteria across CRO, Creative & Ads, Reviews & UGC, AI Visibility, Agentic Commerce, and Competitor Synthesis, giving you a scored report with prioritised recommendations.
What's the difference between Lite and Full?
Every new account includes one free Lite audit, covering roughly 30% of the full criterion set, enough to get a directional score and a handful of A/B ideas. The Full audit goes deep across all 6 modules, surfaces 60+ tailored test ideas, includes competitor benchmarking, and exports a complete PDF report.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Use them whenever you need to re-benchmark after a redesign, a new CRO push, or a seasonal refresh.
Can I benchmark more than one store?
Yes. Credits are not tied to a specific domain. Every audit run draws from the same balance. Spend them on as many different stores as you like, or re-audit the same store at a later date.
Is the current price going to stay?
The current price is an introductory launch offer. We'll honour it for all credits purchased during the launch window, including any you don't use immediately, since credits never expire.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Credits are added to your account instantly after payment is confirmed.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a credit has been used to run an audit, it cannot be refunded. Reach out to our support team for any issues.
